Our affordable Key West guest house is warm, welcoming and just steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Our recent restoration of this late 1940s inn returned it to its rightful, classic Key West feel.

The Ocean Breeze Inn is a small Key West inn with 15 rooms all located on the ground floor with private entrances. Guests enjoy starting their day with a free continental breakfast under a large mahogany tree. Since there is plenty of free parking and the Ocean Breeze Inn is centrally located, guests spend their time exploring the island rather than arranging parking and transportation. Additionally, our Key West motel is AAA-approved.

Key West Weather

Key West, an island city located at the end of US Highway 1, is known for sunny days and breezy nights. Thanks to the proximity of the Gulf Stream in the Straits of Florida and the tempering effects of the Gulf of Mexico to the west and north, our average temperature in winter is only 14 degrees lower than in the summer. And daily variation throughout the year is only about 10 degrees! Abundant sunshine, and slightly less than 25% of the annual rainfall, grace the months of December through April.
